OUTSIDE SALES EXECUTIVE

Superstars only $80k to $220k

As expected by our clients, we set high standards for our sales teams, office staff, and shipping/receiving department. In return, we give special incentives.

Compensation:  

This position starts with a base and converts to the commission once trained.

The Role:
  1. This employment opportunity is an outside sales position with pre-agreed-upon sales objectives.
  2. We have an established marketing system that helps generate leads – but you will also be in charge of penetrating the market for opportunities via phone, ZOOM, emails, and in person.
  3. You will build and maintain strong customer relationships and represent our brand to create a Value-added RCMH client experience.  
The requirements:
  • A minimum of 5 to 10 years of recent sales experience with an emphasis on technical consultative selling and documented top producer status is preferable in an outside sales environment.
  • A demonstrated ability to effectively work as a team with other members of the sales team and various departments within the company to achieve individual, departmental, and company goals.
  • You will need the ability to build rapport and be able to correspond with people all over the U.S,  
  • The ability to work independently.
  • A professional attitude is a must, along with outstanding people skills.
  • Proficient administrative skills and an overachiever mentality.
The Responsibilities:
  • Consistently meet and exceed agreed Sales Quota.
  • This position is an outside sales position with the freedom to set your schedule and make calls on potential and existing customers to sell the full range of products and services offered by RCMH.
  • In addition to calls, execute our follow-up and prospecting protocols.
  • Complete all assigned administrative and reporting work on time.
  • Attend Bi-weekly sales team reporting and training meetings.
  • Communicate with your sales team throughout the day as needed.
  • Complete training as assigned.
  • Consistently self-train, self-motivated, and self-manage your role.
  • Use RCMH systems and tools as instructed.
