Begin with the first day of your pallet rack. Place the Span Track on the beam, ensuring it’s centered and flush against the back beam. If installing multiple lanes, use spacers to maintain consistent gaps between tracks.
Locate the pre-drilled holes on the front lip of the Span-Track. Using self-tapping screws, secure the front of the track to the beam. Ensure the screws are tight but be careful not to over-tighten and strip the holes.
Move to the back of the Span Track. Align the rear mounting brackets with the holes in the back beam. Secure the brackets using the provided bolts and nuts.
For Span-Tracks over 8 feet, install support bars at the midpoint. Place the support bar perpendicular to the tracks and secure it to the beams using the appropriate mounting hardware.
